Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is incorrect

Return Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned after the allowed period

Refunds

  • After inspection, we will approve or reject the refund.

  • Refunds are processed by:

    • Replacement product

    • Store credit

    • Or another solution agreed with the customer

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are handled manually after return confirmation.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.
